Our Story
Our story starts with a family who migrated to Australia in the early 2000s, full of hope but with no clear path to owning a home.

We spent years moving from one rental to the next, dreaming of something more stable. We knew what it felt like to long for a place to settle, to grow, and to call your own, but homeownership always felt just out of reach.

Eventually, we were able to secure a home of our own, and that moment changed everything.
​
In 2010, the mum of the family, started her own real estate agency, CHILTON REAL ESTATE, to help others facing similar struggles. Over the years, working closely with homebuyers and homeowners, she saw how many people were being locked out of the market or pushed to the edge within it.​

With the insight and guidance of her husband, who brought years of experience in finance, the idea for HomeBridge 's EMortgage came to life. We created the EMortgage to offer a simpler, more accessible path to owning and keeping your home. This support is available for a minimum period of 7 years and a maximum period of 8 years, offering meaningful relief during the most financially challenging years of home ownership. We're here to bridge the gap between big dreams and real possibilities, offering practical, transparent solutions for homebuyers, homeowners, and investors alike.
